In these troubled times, it is heartening to bring some good news into the world. My latest album of songs ‘A Poet Or A Painter’ will be released on the 29th of June and I hope it shall be the soundtrack to many a summer in 2026! More news will follow in due course of how to pre-order, how to purchase etc., all the important stuff.

I can’t express how delighted and excited I am to share with you all 12 brand new SK original songs, featuring Sam Irvine on saxophone, Robbie Greig on fiddle, Kyle Grieve on drums and percussion, Bob Miller on double bass, Emily Barr on backing vocals and yours truly on vocals, assorted guitars and piano. A stellar cast of musicians if ever there was one, all recorded expertly by the brilliant Johnny Smillie.

The album will be released as a CD only for now, complete with an 8-page lyrics booklet in a lavish 6-panel sleeve, please be sure to keep an eye on here and on social media for further announcements.
